Julie Adams - Leader One Financial

Julie is a licensed mortgage loan originator with a drive to guide and coach clients through the mortgage process. Her passion is helping others achieve their goals of home ownership by getting to know them, listening to their desires and recommending the loan product that best suits their needs. From new home purchases to refinances, whether it is the first home or the tenth home a client has purchased or refinanced, Julie strives to make the process seamless and effortless through communication and education. Julie has been originating mortgages for almost a decade and prior to that was in management in the fitness industry for fifteen plus years. She uses the skills attained during that time of listening, programming, organization and a high level of client care to make her clients experiences in the mortgage transaction stress free. On a personal level, Julie is passionate about giving back. She is a big sister with Big Brother and Big Sisters in Kansas City and enjoys watching her little grow and thrive. She is heavily involved with Rice Bowls.org, an organization that feeds orphans in 14 different countries. She is committed to donating a portion of each closed loan to help them continue to help children that are in need of love and support. She is active and makes her health and fitness a priority from her mental to spiritual to her physical.
