Was the first builder in the Montgomery, Al. area to build steel framed houses Earned MBA Degree in Administration 1981 Real Estate Brokers License 1984 Worked as Design-Build Specialist and Sales Manager for Colonial Properties and Lowder Realty on the Bellwood and Colonial Place projects in Montgomery. Bellwood was a 150-acre mixed-use retail, commercial and residential - 1983 to 1988 Became the first Real Estate Agent in Montgomery, Al. to sell 3.5 million in 1 st year Served as Sales Manager for Lowder Realty, BHG with 3 offices and 75+ sales agents Served on the Planning Commission of the City of Montgomery - 1985 to 1990 Managed the Marketing,development and construction of Wynlakes for Jim Wilson & Associates. Wynlakes is a 1,100 acre development in Montgomery with a Joe Lee designed 18-hole golf course and multi-million dollar clubhouse facility. Managed the design team for three golf course condos with 30 units in each condo ranging in size from 2800 to 3800 square feet within the Wynlakes complex. Served on the development team for EastChase in Montgomery, Alabama, EastChase is a 300 acre commercial project including a 40 acre lifestyle center including a high-end apartment site plus two six-story Class A office-condos. Started Charlie Williamson & Associates, LLC in April 2002 as a real estate development and construction company specializing in mixed-use commercial, retail, high-density residential and upper market residential projects including Climate Controlled Warehouses. Started Trinity Realty that same year as a Residential Real Estate marketing company. Charlie Williamson & Associates developed Melrose, an 80 acre retail, office and residential project in Montgomery, Alabama. Planning began in August 2002 and site construction was completed in June 2003. CW&A was the primary builder for the project.
