Claire understands the many decisions one is faced with in the home buying process. She provides her expertise and personal commitment to guide you through the process seamlessly. Prior to a career in Real Estate, Claire established a prominent reputation in training and directing personnel for Formal Business Protocol in International Sales for the health supplement and airline industries. This specialized training was focused on the Asiana markets and took her to Chicago, Hawaii & Florida as a consultant. It is from this experience she gained a strong understanding of the international economy that she applies to her Real Estate market knowledge. Locally, Claire served as a board member of the Hawaii Economic Association where her role focused on economic research for the business and real estate industries of Hawaii. With a start as a loan officer from 1991 to 2000 Claire already had a great knowledge of the Real Estate industry which lead her back to reconnect this history and professional relationships to become a successful Realtor Associate with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. Having grown up in Hawai’i has deeply connected Claire to the community and her service to Non-Profits and community boards striving to make our islands a better place. Among these affiliations are the Hawaii Venture Capital Association, past Board Member of the Hawaii Economic Association, a volunteer for Lemonade Alley—a 501-3C organization that teaches children financial literacy and how to give back to their communities at a young age, and as a Board Member of AREAA (Asian Real Estate Association of America) Aloha Chapter. "I've been working in real estate financing for over 10 years, but I have always preferred the Real Estate sales side," says Claire, who joined Berkshire Hathaway Homeservices Hawai’i Realty in 2015’. When Claire has spare time she enjoys teaching her Tea Master/Sommelier Classes (27 years of experience), Studying International Arts and Culture, Traveling to the outer islands to visit friends and family or spending time with her pets – 2 cats – Kitty and Tuxie.
