Thank you for visiting my website! I am a Richmond native and was raised in Chesterfield County. I have worked over twenty years in the real estate field as a licensed real estate appraiser. I have appraised residential and multi-family properties all over the Commonwealth of Virginia, with emphasis Richmond and the surrounding areas, including Amelia & Chesterfield Counties, as well as the City of Richmond. I am very familiar with Richmond and the surrounding market areas, which include: Chesterfield, Dinwiddie, Goochland, Hanover, Henrico, Lunenburg, Nottoway, and Powhatan. As an appraiser, I specialized in Historic homes from across the state, appraising over 20 historic properties. The purpose of my appraisal work included estimating market values for marketing, lending, land liquidation, legal (divorce/estate/taxes). I am the mother of three grown sons, which are my greatest achievement in life. My oldest is a service writer for a local RV dealer. My middle son graduates from Radford University in May, with his degree in Finance. My youngest is a Combat Engineer in the U.S. Marine Corps. I enjoy reading, music, gardening and decorating. My husband and I live in Amelia County, just west of the Chesterfield County line, and have been there since 2010. Our lives have generally focused on our children and we are learning to be the parents of grown children. I love real estate and have a passion for the business. Not everyone gets to have a great job that involves looking at houses of all styles and price ranges, and not sitting behind a desk all day.
