MATTHEW DIERS - Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties

Matthew retired after 4 years as an infantry sergeant, United States Marine Corps. He graduated from Colorado Mesa University with 2 Undergraduate degrees, and graduated from Adams State University with 2 Masters degrees. He retired after 31 years in Public education: 12 years at Cedaredge High School as a biology teacher, baseball/basketball coach 15 years as assistant principal and principal at Palisade High School 4 years as Executive Director of secondary education in School district 51 Matthew is serving on the CMU Alumni Association Board. He spent 16 years as a volunteer National Ski Patroller at Powderhorn and 25 years as a high school football official. He and his wife enjoy spending time camping and traveling, especially through Europe! Matt is the proud Dad of 3 grown children, two of whom live here in the valley and one who is a Submariner in the U.S. Navy. In addition to Matt's children, he has a special granddaughter to spoil. In addition to his Real Estate Career, Matthew is the current CEO of DKM Holdings LLC where he is the owner and grower of 2800 Palisade peach trees on 9 acres.
