Buddy has been helping homebuyers meet their mortgage financing needs since 1986 and has helped more than 5,000 clients finance or refinance their homes. He believes communication is the key in all financial transactions and is dedicated to keeping all parties involved throughout the process from loan pre-qualification to closing. Buddy is more than just a mortgage professional. He is a neighbor and a friend you can call anytime, and know you are getting trusted mortgage advice. Buddy is licensed in Florida and Maryland and splits his time between the two. Buddy enjoyed two years on the board of governors of the Maryland Mortgage Bankers Association. He is also involved with numerous Realtor Boards. He proudly serves on the board of Koolhof Earth (koolhofearth.org) an organization founded by his sister that is dedicated to projects that reduce human impact on the earth's vital natural resources. In his free time, Buddy enjoys the beach, fishing, golf and volunteering in his community.
