Birgit knows first-hand how important is it to have the assistance of a Realtor® when looking for a home. In 1997, she and her family left Germany to settle in Lycoming County. That long-distance relocation was made easier by a Realtor®, who took the time to listen and went the extra mile to help find the right home. This experience was not forgotten and led her to begin her career as a real estate agent to give back the help to others in the same way. Birgit loves to bring people together and make connections that are beneficial for all involved. Whether you are relocating, buying your first home, up-sizing or down-sizing, Birgit can assist you in the search for that perfect property. Besides, she always loves to see dreams come true by marketing your home whether you are in need to leave the area or want change. Birgit has for the last 14 years homeschooled and is very active in the community, serving her hometown government in several different positions. She has been serving as a long-time coach, referee and board member for local AYSO soccer in different regions and has assisted her church as a secretary, council member, deacon, Sunday school teacher, as a liaison for the denominations financial and insurance institution, and worship team vocalist. Her background in the administration has helped her to become a very organized and efficient person, able to manage many things at one time. As a creative outlet, Birgit enjoys knitting and creating jewelry and art objects from polymer clay and acrylic painting. Should she find a minute, Birgit will have a "book" in front of her nose since she carries them on her phone.
