Tanya was in U.S Coast Guard for 10 years active and reserves she met a wide range of people during her time spent in the military. The military instills honor, respect and devotion to duty and instill those core values in career as a realtor and her family life. She was born and raised in the Tampa Bay area her whole life except for the 4 year’s active duty in the Coast guard and was stationed in New Haven, CT. Tanya specializes in the residental side of real estate, from a first time home buyer, investor's, empty nesters, second home , and relocation from out of state. She focuses on making the transition as smooth and stress free as possible by getting to know her clients and creating a relationship with her clients knowing what their wants and needs are. Dedicated to her clients she continuously seeks to stay ahead of the game when it comes to market education and trends. Out-side of real estate, Tanya is a mother of a young boy who keeps her busy from baseball games to bowling leagues and amusement parks. If she’s not working on finding her clients a home she is spending time with her son.
