Dionni Smith - Directions Home Loan

Dionni came into this industry 1998 straight out of college. She became licensed in 2001 to originate mortgages as a mortgage broker and by 2004 she had incorporated her own mortgage brokerage in Florida and began to grow her corporation, DS Financial Services. After moving to Texas in 2006, she has once again become a loan officer. She has a passion for helping people whether it be purchasing their 1st home, assisting them as they downsize, helping them acquire investment property or helping them with refinancing. She has a serious and heartfelt respect for the veteran in this military city and is very knowledgeable with all programs to help a wide variety of borrowers.
