Margaret is a native New Yorker with a background in market research and finance. Combining her love of New York City with the power of insightful data analysis, she identifies and executes great deals for her buyers.
As the mother of two millennials, she is a good listener and enjoys the process of matching her clients’ needs to the right property for them. Margaret’s recent experience purchasing a co-op in Midwood has reinforced her commitment to buyers and their right to have an agent who is totally on their side, protecting their future investment. She leverages her expertise in market analysis to powerfully negotiate successful transactions that delight her clients.
As a long-term resident of Brooklyn, Margaret has an intimate knowledge of its unique neighborhoods, from the classic brownstone streets of Brooklyn Heights, Park Slope and Fort Greene to the burgeoning sectors of Bushwick, Bed-Stuy, Greenpoint and Williamburg, as well as the “quiet sides” of Kensington/Windsor/Ditmas, Midwood, Flatbush, and South Brooklyn. She knows all the best spots to enjoy the famous pizzas, bagels, pickles, curries and kielbasas that give Brooklyn its own special flavor.
Margaret was born in Brooklyn and grew up on Long Island. After graduating from Bryn Mawr College with a degree in Psychology, she settled in Fort Greene, Brooklyn and completed her MBA in Finance and International Business at NYU. She married an artist and educated her children at P.S. 20, Brooklyn Tech, Stuyvesant, and Brooklyn College. She recently moved to Midwood, Brooklyn, where she cycles in Prospect Park and the Jamaica Bay Wildlife Refuge. She is an adult literacy volunteer for the Brooklyn Public Library and participates in the lively Brooklyn and Manhattan art scenes.
