Jacob Groff - Homestead Real Estate

Jacob Groff was born in a small farm town, Buena NJ, where everyone seemed to know everyone. Small town mentality is certainly where Jacob learned the importance of first, sincere, and lasting impressions. After high school, Jacob went on to obtain his Bachelors degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management from Stockton University. Being hospitable comes naturally to Jacob; he thrives on being able to sincerely help others. He began working in the restaurant industry and has predominantly done so for a solid ten years. Jacob strongly believes in karma as well as fate. We all have a purpose in life and Jacob certainly is not afraid to put forth the effort to find his. He believes everything truly does happen for a reason and that you’re not dealt anything in life that you weren’t meant to overcome. Jacob initially obtained his Real Estate License in 2017 to pursue timeshare sales with Wyndham in Atlantic City, NJ. Through networking and of course, fate, Jacob came aboard the Homestead team towards the end of 2020. Jacob brings the same work ethic to the Real Estate business as he has to the restaurant industry, strongly dedicated to the task at hand. His sincere interest in not only helping, but truly getting to know others will benefit his journey through this career path.
