Tina Skrukrud Nevada County has been my home for 26 years. I am a hard worker and will do my best to provide my clients with the best loan possible. I received my degree in accounting in 1977; with that knowledge and training I am able to work with everyone, from first time buyers to investors. I always make myself available at night, early in the morning, or on weekends to meet my client’s needs. My goal as a Mortgage Advisor is to work for you with honesty and integrity to create a loan for your specific needs. Outside of work, I dedicate much of my time to serving our incredible community. I am proud to serve on the Board of Directors for the NEO Youth Center and the Penn Valley Union Elementary School District. Additionally, I volunteer for Chairperson of Nevada Union Grad Night, Roots & Wings Educational Foundation Golf Tournament, and I am a member of Soroptimist International of Grass Valley. In 2013, I was awarded the Citizen of the Year Award by the Nevada County Association of Realtors. My family plays a significant role in my life. My husband, Mark, is a realtor with Foster & Associates. I am the proud mother of two daughters, Sara and Lynn, and I have one grandson, Hunter. Kim Wydra I take great care to cultivate a culture that is filled with happiness and teamwork.
