As a veteran and nationally licensed mortgage loan originator, I am committed to serving those who served and anyone with a dream of being a homeowner. I specialize in helping veterans accomplish their goals using their VA loan, this includes first time home buyers with credit scores in the 400’s, PCS relocations, and veterans trying to purchase multi-million-dollar homes using their VA loan. There are intricacies involved with using and re-using your VA loan. For this reason, I have made helping veterans my career focus. I am an expert at VA and my company allows me to qualify and offer loans using the VA’s guidelines (VA Pamphlet 26-7) which include no minimum credit score and a 65% debt-to-income (DTI) ratio. We don’t put credit score minimums and DTI company overlays on veterans like other companies. My company enables me to serve veterans in a capacity that other companies can’t or won’t. Before my career in loan origination, I was a Marine Corps Infantry officer. I served and deployed as a Company Executive Officer and a Rifle Platoon Commander. As a Marine, I have developed and honed my skills in leadership, management, communication, and problem-solving.
