Buchi has been immersed in the real estate industry since college. While his peers enjoyed their summer vacations, he spent his summers shadowing the real estate investors near his hometown in Northeast Ohio. After earning a degree in Industrial Design from the University of Notre Dame, he started his professional career in Washington, DC working in the U.S. Senate. Soon after, he co-founded a consulting company focused on teaching business growth strategies to entrepreneurs. However, in 2013, he made his way back to his first love by becoming a full-time real estate agent. Now, with over a decade of experience, he’s a trusted, award-winning real estate expert licensed in DC, Maryland, and Virginia. Known for his knack for simplifying complex ideas and creatively resolving difficult transactions, he’s helped hundreds of clients navigate the market, and has earned recognition in the Top 1% of Realtors in PG County and the Top 5% of Realtors nationwide.
