Prior to real estate, he worked in the automotive industry as a service manager and director for two decades. His strength has always been customer service and satisfaction, daily communication with clients and employees, and effectively managing a large staff. Most recently, David worked with Mercedes-Benz of Tysons Corner. He transferred his exceptional skills to the world of residential real estate to raise the bar on the purchase and sale experience. Specializing in DC and Virginia, David holds a Property Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification in addition to his state sales licenses. He has owned six properties in the Washington, DC area, and still retains ownership of real estate assets in Vienna and Ocean City, MD. An Army Brat born in Hampton, Virginia, David moved with his family who did two tours in Germany, then went on to Colorado. He learned early on to be adaptable and comfortable with change. David alter returned to his home state of Virginia, where has happily spent the past 40 years. He has resided in Chantilly, Alexandria, Mclean, and presently in Vienna since 2002. David studied Business Administration at the University of Kentucky in Lexington, KY. He has been married for nearly 20 years to the love of his life, Patricia, has a gorgeous Golden Retriever Sedona, and enjoys golf, music, and following local sports teams in his spare time.
