Century 21 New Millennium - Soodie Musselman

In our lifetime, we wear many ‘hats’. For instance, I am a wife whose husband, Ron, is a Class A contractor who owns Musselman Construction; mother of two adult children: Stephanie, a physical therapist, and Jason, a civil engineer who designs airports, married to Jill. They have twin daughters which makes me a Grammy! l am the leader in my church’s women’s ministry, too. Graduating from Mary Washington College (1975) with a B.A. in psychology, my first job in Culpeper was as a Social Worker, followed by a Juvenile Probation Counselor until I married and moved to Northern Virginia. We returned to Culpeper in 1984 where my husband started a development company and became a builder, too. Over the years as a Realtor since 1992 (Rookie of the Year 1993) I have learned the importance of listening to my clients and doing everything possible to complete their dream. Often, it is necessary to think ‘outside the box’ to make their dreams come true. Using my creativity and counseling techniques as a Realtor has helped my clients realize their dreams. Whether it’s buying or selling single-family homes, new construction, farms, land or commercial properties, I am dedicated to helping my clients obtain their dream and creating a relationship for life.
